“Dog Dog”

Original works are first captured digitally with a high- resolution scanner. The image is then floated on an 11 X 14” background and varies from around 3 X 4” to 5 X 7”.

An Epson professional printer with eight archivable inks is employed producing a very limited edition on heavy fine arts lithography paper.

Each aspect of the process, scanning and printing, was realized by the artist who numbered, titled, and signed each print in pencil.

“Le Midi”

These original hand-painted works are Mixed Media in that they use both fine arts oil and acrylic paints.

The papers used range among heavy weight fine arts d’Arches, Saunders & Waterford and Velin BFK Rives papers. Size, 22 X 30”. Four deckle edges.

They are signed by the artist, most usually in pencil, bottom right within or below the image.

“In the Faraway”

These original works are painted in fine arts oils.

Paul Harmon’s signature subjects (the exotic, the universal, the symbolic) yet with an ambiguity that gives the works wide interpretation and endurance.

Although Harmon sees his work as a personal diary of his life, we also glimpse the rich history of art in his work. Obviously, an important part of that personal diary.
